To say that we are momentarily in the eye of the storm would pretty much cover it. Biblical amounts of wind, rain and flood. We have begun slowly pulling up stakes for a Monday departure.

Can only say thank you for the listening pleasure that I have had over the last couple of weeks. Having followed you all the way from Cape Town to Heard Island, monitoring CW, SSB, RTTY and even WSPR, this was by far the most interesting and educational DXpedition that I have witnessed! Not to forget all those great photos too!
My own hopes of making contact with VK0EK have slowly faded away over the last couple of days when signals from Heard Island steadily dropped from S9+ to a mere whisper. Still, it was a great pleasure just to listen to the efficient, polite and patient operating by all the members of the Team!
