What we are doing is making sure that you are in the special donor list database table – that then gives you “Instant LOTW”. That is our priority.
If you have donated and you see your LOTW – then rest assured – you will be posted on the web sites and do not need to submit a support ticket – we already have your information. The response has been overwhelming (a great problem to have) – and we really, really appreciate your support!
Once the support tickets calms down, I will have a chance to make sure each and everyone has their name and call posted on the web site(s). I appreciate your patience on this.
