VK0EK Team Members Fred, KM4MXD, Hans Peter, HB9BXE (we have to get him in FRONT of others!), Dave, K3EL and Bob, KK6EK with the South African Bio Inspection officials (SANAP) who are doing the inspection on behalf of the Australian Antarctic Division (AAD).

The VK0EK DXpedition passes the AAD biological inspection. Hear it here:

A HUGE thanks to Paul, ZS1S and the South African Team for doing so much and helping make it all possible. This is truly an International DXpedition.

Today (March 9) our gear will be loaded on the Braveheart and tomorrow (March 10) we will sail for Heard Island. Essentially every stage of the operation has gone on schedule.
